About This Site

PWSD3 was started in 1977 by a group of dedicated individuals that knew the importance of providing water at a low cost to the rural area surrounding Marshall, MO.

In the spring of 1982, the first waterlines and meters were pressured up and phase one was started.

We have grown to 1183 meters since that time with an average of 1 new meter a month over the last 10 years.
